Supervising the excavation and landfill work required to cut lands, asphalt roads, asphalt yards, infrastructure networks, water, sewage, electricity, civil works for the communications network, street lighting, fire extinguishing, and overseeing the construction of administrative buildings consisting of all architectural, finishing, and electromechanical and external work for the sites of these buildings, water tanks consisting of a ground tank, an upper tank, and a room for castings of molded concrete on site, including architectural and finishing works, and includes supervision of the construction of the main entrance and consists of buildings and concrete from concrete and stone cast on site and  the guard room and the permanent wall works
