Outlining the need for clear and comprehensive strategy, general guide lines and procedures to maintain CDP implemented Projects in the West Bank & Gaza. The work should indicate the way to enable the MLOG to promote and sensitize the community to the importance of operation and maintenance. The Consultant shall perform all detailed studies and the design of forms required to assist the MLOG related personnel or department to carry out adequate managerial skills to steer the maintenance personnel or the contractors to carry out the necessary work required for the sustainability of the implemented projects. The study includes 60% out of 98 projects in the West Bank and 54 projects in Gaza. The CDP projects include: - School and Kindergartens, Roads (internal and access), Public Building, Health Clinics & Water Projects.
