OIL SHALE HAUL ROAD DESIGN

The proposed Oil Shale Mining Project is located at Attarat Um-Ghudran, approximately 110 km south of Amman, and about 40 km to the east of QatranahThe purpose of this study is to carry out the engineering analysis and design calculations for the following:   -Structural design of haul roads pavement structure, and the recommended materials for the pavement layers. -Structural design for the concrete conveyor belt tunnel. -Hydraulic and structural design of the main culvert at wadi Um-Ghudran.
